About the series
The purpose of the system leadership masterclass series is to create conditions in which leaders can learn from experts and peers, consider and develop their own leadership styles as system leaders, connect and collaborate on new ways of working in systems, explore and analyse the barriers and enablers for system-level change and develop practical applications of the learning which will deliver real impact at all levels in the system.
Each masterclass will be focused on a key theme relating to systems leadership bringing theory, good practice and participants' own experience as system leaders. For this reason, it is highly recommended that to maximise applied learning and build effective relationships, all five sessions are attended.
Masterclass topics will include:
- System leadership, Thinking and Behaviours: from Concept to Reality
- Developing System Relationships and Connectivity
- Systems Leadership: Towards Change and Transformation
- Leadership Narrative for Engagement
- System Level Governance
Who should attend:
Senior clinical, strategic and operational leaders directly involved in the implementation of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland STP priorities and programmes.
It is highly recommended that participants attend all five masterclasses if possible although this is not mandatory.
