OD in Practice - Taming the System Masterclass
Tuesday, 12th June, 2018 9:30am to 3:00pm
About the Day
In these changing times when the pressure is on, we need OD Practitioners who can improve the performance and health of systems by amplifying the humanity in our organisations, enabling people to flourish, thrive and have meaning in their work. There’s a need to ensure we create the right environment for people to do their best work.
The aim of OD In Practice is not to just develop practitioners, but also to grow capacity and build OD leadership/capacity across the system. We are therefore delighted to offer the opportunity for individuals outside of the OD In Practice programme to attend a one day masterclass on Taming the System? – the role of OD. This session challenges our understanding and perspectives on ‘the system’ in order to better address and influence system and collaborative working through our OD practice.
Who Should Attend?
The day is being designed and delivered by the OD In Practice participants with support from the Frontline Team. We would like to open up attendance to other OD practitioners at all levels, as well as those who may not have ‘OD’ in their title but would like to take an OD approach to the work that they do.
This is an opportunity to not only support our OD In Practice cohort to develop their knowledge and skills in OD but also to extend the learning more widely across the East Midlands.
