Team Commitment for NHS Change Day
For NHS Change day earlier this month, The EMLA team made a pledge to learn more about what it's like for health and social care staff working on the front line.
For the next 12 months, the team will undertake one work placement per month in order to better understand the pressures faced by staff.
Experiences will be fed back to the broader team to help shape development opportunities and will be made available in the format of a blog to our colleagues and stakeholders.
