Leading Across Boundaries - Cohort 3 - Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland
Thursday, 12th October, 2017 9:00am
The programme is based on the success of our former Leading Across Boundaries programme and its key aim is to support the development of the Integrated Locality Teams in LLR.
- Enhance the confidence and personal effectiveness of participants to lead and promote personal, locality and system-wide change.
- Support participants to proactively develop relationships and common purpose within the locality
- Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to be able to confidently role model transformational change and navigate politically across the system.
- Create a safe and challenging environment for participants to practice tools, techniques and approaches that can be applied personally and back in the workplace.
The programme consists of five highly interactive one-day workshops; each workshop will have a theme, and typically will consist of a mix of slides, videos, individual and group work, with time for each team to reflect on its key needs and challenges. Group and peer coaching will enable participants to translate learning into practical actions, which will support the development of their Locality.
