Emotional Intelligence in coaching
The difference between a good leader and a great leader is the ability to connect, to better understand ourselves and others. Strong connections are made when we are able to identify and manage our emotions and the emotional responses of others. This is called emotional intelligence.
As a coach, you will frequently work with clients who are looking to build their leadership capacity and develop their leadership style, this session will offer coaches and mentors the opportunity to:
- Build greater self awareness to strengthen your coaching approach
- Enhance personal effectiveness and impact through using the four core emotional intelligence skills
- Develop a better understanding of how people's emotions affect their decision making and response, and how to use this understanding to create successful relationships
Facilitated by Becci Martin, an award winning coach and coaching supervisor who brings energy and compassion to her group and 1:1 sessions. You may have met Becci via the virtual supervision sessions over the past 12 months.
